Eve breathed her first breath...

She felt the richness of the oxygen as it filled her lungs.

Her eyes opened for the first time and she gazed not into the face of her husband, but into the face of the Living God.

Instantly she knew who He was.

Instantly she knew His precious love and glorious presence.

She and Adam had a VITAL, daily fellowship with the Lord.  He met with them personally.  He walked with them and talked with them and taught them things.  They beheld the glory of His majesty.  They could look directly upon His wonderful face.  They learned from Him and spoke with Him.

They loved Him.

And He loved them...

From that moment when Eve took her first breath and down through time to the present day, God has called women to be His most precious of stitches in the beautiful tapestry called the body of Christ.

As part of His wonderful creation and in humble thankfulness to Him, we at Women Who Worship God desire to honor and glorify His Holy Name.

God's love for us has never changed.  Even after sin entered the world and we fell away from our relationship with Him, He still loved us.

All He asks is that we willingly and humbly love Him in return.  Love Him, PRAISE Him, WORSHIP Him, come to Him in PRAYER, FELLOWSHIP with Him and "grow in the grace and in the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ."  Free from ego and self-importance, that's what we're called to do.
